1. When a school intends spending some of the funds received from The New Nation Education NPO, they will need to inform The New Nation Education NPO of their intentions in writing.
2. The written notice needs to have a detailed description of what the funds are to be used for, the motivation, the estimated amount of money required and the responsible person’s name, contact number, and email address.
3. This will be the norm until such time that The New Nation Education NPO or their auditors feel that the school is being run like a professional business.
4. The New Nation Education NPO will only allow the school to use these funds for security, libraries, computer classrooms, sporting equipment and coaches, music and art and culture instruments and teachers, related to this sentence and facilities.
5. The New Nation Education NPO reserves the right to have their auditors go through the school financials/books should there be any reason to believe the school has been squandering money which should have been used for education on sporting activities, equipment or facilities. If it is found that the school is guilty of squandering the money, the New Nation Education NPO has the right to cancel the contract between the school and the New Nation Education NPO. 30. Maximum allowable funding per school or University:
Schools may only use R11,000.00 per student per year of the commission received from the New Nation Education NPO. (e.g. if a school has 500 students, then the school may use R5,5 million SA Rands of the commission paid to them) any additional funds received from the New Nation Education NPO in the same year should be used to assist the smaller rural schools. The school should adopt a smaller school which is not managing to meet their funding requirements and assist them in every way possible.
Universities may only use R250.00 per student per year of the commission received from the New Nation Education NPO. (e.g. if a university has 15000 students, then the university may use R3.75 million SA Rands of the commission paid to them) any additional funds received from the New Nation Education NPO in the same year should be used to assist the smaller rural schools. The university should adopt a smaller school which is not managing to meet its funding requirements and assist them in every way possible.
The reason for these restrictions is that the amount of money collected will always be limited by the working population in a country, therefore, we need to make sure that every child gets their share of the funds.
A school year is from the 1st January until the 31st of December in the same year.
31. Registering as a school or business with The New Nation Education NPO:
No one connected to the school, business, club or society being registered with The New Nation Education NPO may be part of the up-line of that school, business, club or society.

The New Nation Education NPO has the right to investigate the irregularities brought to our attention. If it is found that the rules were not adhered to when completing the registration form for the school, business, club or society. The New Nation Education NPO has the right to terminate your membership with immediate effect, you will also forfeit any outstanding commissions owed to you. You may be liable to pay back all the commission which you have received to date. You will lose your down-line and will not be allowed to rejoin The New Nation Education NPO. The New Nation Education NPO’s decision will be final and no further negotiations will be entertained.
The reason for this rule is to prevent any disputes, arguments and other legal actions as to who should be in the up-line of the school, business, club or society.
The ruling on who will be in the up-line of the school, business, club or society, would be the first person on record to notify The New Nation Education NPO that they would like to register a school, business, club or society below them.
They will need to make sure that the school, business, club or society knows and agrees to this. They will also be responsible for making sure that the person above them does not fall into the group of people that may not be in the up-line of a school, business, club or society.
This notification can be via email or directly on our website, always make sure that all correspondence has the date and time on it.
When you send us the notification that you would like to register a school, business, club or society below you the email or memo should include the following information.
The name of the school, business, club or society, the physical address of the school, business, club or society, the name of the contact person at the school their phone number and email address. So that The New Nation Education NPO can follow up immediately, this will reduce the possibilities of other people also trying to register the school, business, club or society.
We will cross-check to see that no one else has already applied to register the school, business, club or society.
If you have a school, business, club or society registered below you, you will need to keep your proof of the application to register a school, business, club or society. That way if there are any disputes later, everyone has proof of what actually happened.
You can see which school, business, club or societies are registered with The New Nation Education NPO on our website at https://gwcorp.co.za/school-user-name/
32. Other Educational Products and Programs:
From time to time “The New Nation Education NPO” may suggest some new educational products or programs, we expect the schools and education department to take these seriously and look into the products or programs. They are to notify “The New Nation Education NPO” within 90 days whether they agree or disagree with the recommended products or programs and explain the reason for their decision. If they agree, they will need to come up with the method of implementing the products or programs into the syllabus of the relevant grades (within 6 months).
33. The New Nation Education NPO advertising at schools:
Once a school joins “The New Nation Education NPO” they will automatically be giving “The New Nation Education NPO” and any other major sponsor permission to erect an advertising board within the property of the school free of charge.
The school will also allow “The New Nation Education NPO” to host seminars in the hall from time to time and allow “The New Nation Education NPO” to use one or two classrooms in the evenings for customer training. The schools will become the centre/heart of the community.
34. The New Nation Education NPO Terms & Conditions Changes:
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time without prior notice.
It is the obligation of our customers to check the terms & conditions from time to time in order to take note of any changes.
35. Courses and training materials offered by the New Nation Education NPO:
Courses and training materials purchased will not form part of the commission structure or system.
The course must be paid for in advance. To take advantage of the discount offered a customer needs to remain an active member from the start of the course until the end or last lecture of the course.
36. Limitation of income earned through the sponsored education solution.
There is no limit on what an individual can earn in commission through our MLM sponsored education solution.
However, there will always be a limit on what schools, clubs, societies, businesses and other NPO’s can earn through our MLM sponsored education solution.
Schools will earn up to R11,000 per child per year maximum – this may change in the future.
Other businesses, NPO’s, societies and clubs can earn R11,000 per child or adult per year they are helping with education, skills development and other training programmes to help these individuals become independent and self employed. This means if they offer a training program for four weeks, they can earn R916.66 per person attending the course – provided that the attendees are there for the full four weeks. And they provide a full reporting system of individual progress of each attendee.
There needs to be a tracking and monitoring system in place, so that we can determine the impact of the training and skills development programmes offered.
These figures will be adjusted as we see what works best for the adults and children receiving the training and skills.
37. Pricing of products on our website.
The prices of products on our website cannot be lower than the same product at your supermarket. Because we are giving from 10% to 40% of the profit on the sale less VAT to the schools and to the our members. It’s just not possible for us to be cheaper. When you see a product on our website cheaper than your supermarket you know the price on our website is outdated and does not apply. And we could not possibly give you the product at that price, as we are a Not for Profit. We recommend that you contact us to confirm any price, which looks to good to be true.
